Modification of WEB SA's financial calendar for 2023
Warehouses Estates Belgium SA (WEB SA) has announced changes to its financial agenda for the 2023 financial year, impacted by a change in legal dates linked to the closure of the Euronext markets on May 1, 2024. As a result, the company has adjusted the dates relating to the dividend for the 2023 financial year.
The close of the financial year remains set for December 31, 2023, with the publication of the financial results and the annual report scheduled for March 15, 2024. The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on April 23, 2024. Concerning the dividend, the publication is announced for April 24, 2024, while the posting date was brought forward to April 30, 2024, followed by registration on May 2 and payment on May 3, 2024.
