Molten Ventures Plc Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a transaction in its own shares. On 11 September 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as Deutsche Numis, purchased 115,000 ordinary shares on behalf of the Company. This purchase is part of a share repurchase programme initiated on 26 July 2024.

The highest price paid per share was 407.00 pence, and the lowest price paid was 401.50 pence. The volume weighted average price was 404.9498 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital is now comprised of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 2,310,135 shares held in treasury.
