Molten Ventures Plc Announces Share Repurchase Details
Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) reported a repurchase of its ordinary shares on 1 August 2024, executed by Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis". The company purchased 80,000 ordinary shares, with prices ranging from 362.00p to 378.00p. The volume-weighted average price was 370.6433p.
The share repurchase follows the programme announced on 26 July 2024. Post-transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares. The company holds 285,776 shares in treasury, leading to a total of 188,760,674 voting rights.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on Market Abuse, Molten Ventures disclosed detailed transaction information. This initiative allows shareholders to calculate changes in their interests as per Financial Conduct Authority’s regulations.
