Molten Ventures Plc Executes Share Repurchase

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) announced a recent transaction involving its own shares. On 12 August 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis," acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each on behalf of the Company. This activity is part of the share repurchase programme announced on 26 July 2024.

A total of 100,000 ordinary shares were purchased. The highest price paid per share was 365.50p, while the lowest was 358.50p. The volume-weighted average price stood at 362.9896p. Following this purchase, Molten's issued share capital now consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 916,310 in treasury. This results in 188,130,140 voting rights in the Company.
