On August 6, 2024, Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) announced that Numis Securities Limited (trading as "Deutsche Numis") had purchased 85,000 ordinary shares on behalf of the Company on August 5, 2024. The action is part of the share repurchase programme initiated on July 26, 2024.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 326.00 pence to 347.00 pence, with a volume-weighted average price of 333.0944 pence per share.
Post-repurchase, Molten Ventures’ issued share capital includes 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 455,776 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights now stand at 188,590,674, which shareholders can use to calculate necessary notifications under various financial regulations.
