Molten Ventures plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a recent share repurchase transaction. On 12 September 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as “Deutsche Numis,” purchased 65,000 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures.
The highest price paid per share was 415.00 pence, while the lowest was 407.00 pence. The volume-weighted average price stood at 413.3380 pence per share. After this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 2,375,135 shares held in treasury and 186,671,315 voting rights in total.
