Monthly publication of the number of shares and voting rights of MEDIA 6

On June 13, 2024, MEDIA 6 published information relating to the number of shares making up the capital and the total number of voting rights for the months of March, April and May 2024, in accordance with article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the AMF.

For March 31, 2024, the number of shares making up the company's capital was 2,631,250, with a total number of theoretical voting rights of 4,804,947 and exercisable voting rights of 4,547,474.

As of April 30, 2024, these figures remained unchanged for shares and theoretical voting rights, with a slight decrease in exercisable voting rights to 4,547,382.

For the date of May 31, 2024, the number of shares remained constant, while the exercisable voting rights further decreased slightly to reach 4,547,357, the theoretical voting rights remaining stable.
