Monthly update of Icade shares and voting rights

On March 5, 2025, Icade published its monthly update regarding the total number of shares and voting rights in its capital. As of February 28, 2025, the company had 76,234,545 shares constituting its capital. The actual number of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is 75,796,079. The theoretical number, including these shares, also stands at 76,234,545.

This data complies with Articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code, and includes shares deprived of voting rights according to Article 223-11. Icade thus continues to communicate its financial information in a transparent manner, aligned with regulatory requirements.
