Morgan Stanley diminue sa participation dans Ubisoft Entertainment
Le 15 mai 2024, Morgan Stanley a notifié un franchissement de seuil en baisse, concernant sa participation dans Ubisoft Entertainment. La transaction, hors marché, réduit effectivement leur détention à 4,05% du capital et 3,73% des droits de vote de l'entreprise française de jeux vidéo.
La structure détaillée de cette participation se répartit entre plusieurs filiales de Morgan Stanley, la principale étant Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, avec 3,96% du capital. Les actions concernées intègrent également des contrats de « right to recall » permettant à l'institution de rappeler les actions à tout moment. Par ailleurs, des contrats d'« equity swaps » sont aussi détenus par Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc et Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC, ajoutant à la complexité de cette structure d'investissement.
