Müller integrates innovative Wi-Fi solutions from beaconsmind group in its European stores

beaconsmind Group, a leader in Location-Based Marketing (LBM) and analytics, has made significant progress in Müller Holding GmbH & Co. KG's digitalization initiative with the implementation of its CloudWiFi hotspot solution in over 770 stores in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain. This collaboration introduces centralized management and control of client Wi-Fi across all of Müller's sites, a company present in eight European countries with approximately 900 stores.

The implementation of CloudWiFi, planned for around 145 additional stores in Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia by 2024, will equip all Müller subsidiaries, ensuring premium customer Wi-Fi at no cost. This modular cloud hotspot system allows for the creation, analysis, and comparison of Wi-Fi usage statistics, also simplifying the management of access points in different sites and branches. The solution was chosen for its flexibility and adaptability, providing Müller with accurate data to better meet customer needs.

The deployment of CloudWiFi was completed in six months by swissnet AG, in collaboration with Müller's IT and beaconsmind Group, enhancing network stability and security in Müller's stores. Felix Leupert, VP Sales at beaconsmind AG, highlights the importance of this partnership with Müller to support digitization processes. On the other hand, Müller's Damian Rick emphasizes the benefits of CloudWiFi for centralized Wi-Fi management and improving the customer experience through access to a loyalty program and integrated payment system within the Müller application.
