Murchison Minerals Welcomes New Board Member

On September 3, 2025, Murchison Minerals Ltd. announced the appointment of Rylan Colwell to its Board of Directors. Colwell serves as President and CEO of HCC, a specialized underground mining contractor based in Saskatoon. HCC, a subsidiary of Misty Ventures Inc. and part of Mistawasis Nêhiyawak First Nation's economic initiative, took a 19.4% stake in Murchison Minerals, marking a significant investment.

Colwell's leadership at HCC has led to operations at seven mine sites and a workforce of over 200, with the largest underground equipment fleet in Saskatchewan. His extensive experience spans various sectors, including powerline contracting and mining engineering. Murchison also issued 1,101,000 stock options to its directors, officers, and consultants, exercisable at $0.32 until September 2030.
