Music Fans Contribute $160,000 to Florida Conservation Efforts

The Live Wildly Foundation, in partnership with the Sing Out Loud Festival, succeeded in raising over $160,000 for land conservation in St. Johns County, Florida. This effort was powered by more than 27,000 music fans attending the two-day Live Wildly Showcase in historic downtown St. Augustine.

Funds garnered from ticket sales will support the City of St. Augustine's Conservation Program and St. Johns County's Land Acquisition Management Program by aiding in the acquisition of conserved lands. Music enthusiasts enjoyed performances from headliners like Noah Kahan and Norah Jones.

CEO Lisa Shipley emphasized the synergy between music and nature, highlighting the organization's mission to protect the Florida Wildlife Corridor. This initiative aims to preserve the state’s natural heritage amid development pressures.
