Mutares Acquires NBHX Trim Europe, Enhancing Automotive Segment
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has finalized the acquisition of NBHX Trim Europe from Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. This move bolsters Mutares' Automotive & Mobility segment and complements the Matikon Group within Amaneos. NBHX Trim Europe, a leading European supplier of decorative surfaces for premium automotive interiors, recorded revenues of around EUR 200 million in the 2024 financial year.
The company specializes in developing and producing interior components using diverse materials such as aluminum, wood, carbon, leather, and injection-molded plastics. Headquartered in Bruchsal, Germany, with production facilities in Romania and the UK, NBHX employs approximately 2,000 people.
