MHM Corporate Convenes General Meeting to Appoint New Auditors

MHM Corporate announced the scheduling of an ordinary general meeting on March 27, 2026, in Paris. The meeting, to be held at 11:00 a.m. at the law firm Lexelians, aims to appoint two new statutory auditors following the resignation of R.B.A. and Deloitte & Associés on February 9, 2026.

After evaluating several candidates, MHM Corporate proposes the appointment of GRANT THORNTON, represented by Laurent Bouby, and EXCO SOCODEC, represented by Loïc Valichon. Their tenure will last until the annual general meeting in 2031, which will approve the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2030.
