MyHotelMatch: Resolutions Approved at the General Meeting

On March 20, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of MyHotelMatch took place at the company's headquarters in Paris. Chaired by Yves Abitbol, it brought together shareholders representing 1,452,348 shares, representing a stake of 40.3%.

All the resolutions submitted were adopted, with the exception of the fifth. Among the decisions voted on were the appointments of OTT Héritage and Rebecca Chaussat as directors.
