Nagarro SE Announces €70 Million Share Buyback Program
On February 5, 2025, Nagarro SE's Management Board authorized a share buyback program valued at up to €70 million. This move allows the repurchase of up to 684,384 shares, equivalent to approximately 4.97% of the company's current nominal share capital. The plan adheres to German Stock Corporation Act provisions, originally approved by shareholders in October 2020.
The buyback will be facilitated via a credit institute, ensuring compliance with the Safe-Harbour-Rules of the EU's Market Abuse Regulation. The institute independently determines the timing and quantity of shares acquired without company interference. The initiative will proceed from February 6 to September 19, 2025, with specific price conditions based on recent trading averages.
Nagarro SE plans to disclose further details separately and may adjust or cease the program at its discretion. All buyback transactions will be reported weekly on their official website.
