NAI Global Lists Rare Outer Banks Land Acquisition
NAI Global has announced the listing of a rare 177+ acre land parcel in North Carolina's Outer Banks. The area is renowned as a destination getaway featuring multi-million-dollar homes, resorts, and commercial developments.
The land comprises five parcels, two of which offer direct Atlantic Ocean access. Located near Corolla in Currituck County, the land is approved for 1,250 hotel rooms, 782 single-family homes, and 428,000 square feet of commercial development. Municipal services are available for each parcel.
One parcel offers the potential to build a marina with access to Currituck Sound. The property also allows for high-density rearrangement and high-rise construction, the highest permitted in the Outer Banks.
The listing is unpriced but is believed to be the largest unimproved property with direct ocean access in the Eastern U.S. Plans are underway for a new Mid-Currituck Bridge, which would improve access to this region significantly.
