Namibia Critical Metals Partners with Renmark Financial for Investor Relations

Namibia Critical Metals Inc. has engaged Renmark Financial Communications Inc. for handling its investor relations, effective November 1st, 2025. This collaboration aims to enhance the company’s visibility within the financial community. The agreement involves a monthly fee of up to $9,000 CAD for an initial period of seven months, continuing monthly thereafter.

Renmark Financial Communications holds no interest in Namibia Critical Metals or its securities. The company is renowned for its investor relations services across North America, since its founding in 1999.

Namibia Critical Metals is advancing the Lofdal project, focusing on heavy rare earths such as dysprosium and terbium, in partnership with Japan’s JOGMEC. The project plays a crucial role in supplying materials critical for technologies like electric vehicles and wind turbines.
