Resignation of Grégory Labrousse and appointment of Charles-Henry Tranié at namR

On August 4, 2025, namR announced the resignation of Grégory Labrousse from his roles as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and Director. Charles-Henry Tranié was appointed to replace him in these positions. This transition comes as the Board of Directors acknowledged Mr. Labrousse's resignations, effective July 21 and August 1, 2025, respectively.

Mr. Tranié, in addition to his new responsibilities, plans to file a petition with the Paris Economic Court. This move aims to obtain a three-month extension for the holding of namR's General Meeting, aimed at approving the annual accounts, potentially until December 30, 2025.
