Naoo AG has successfully integrated Kingfluencers into its operations, marking a significant step in its strategic growth. This process concluded with a consolidation into a shared office in Zurich, enhancing collaboration and streamlining functions in Finance, Commercial, and Human Resources. The integration is set to boost growth with combined resources, particularly benefiting from Kingfluencers' creator network.

As part of this organizational shift, Gregor Doser has stepped down from his operational roles but remains in discussions for a strategic advisory position. His departure follows Gabriel Höhener, who also stepped down to allow a consolidation of product responsibilities. Notably, the focus now shifts to expanding the naoo platform, emphasizing entertainment and streaming, particularly through naoo Play.
