Neoen Adjusts 2024 EBITDA Target, Reaffirms 2025 Goals
Neoen, a key player in renewable energy, updates its 2024 adjusted EBITDA projection amidst changes in asset divestment schedules. The company anticipates a €475 to €490 million adjusted EBITDA, lowered from the previous €530 to €560 million range. This revision results from deferring the divestment of certain assets in Victoria, Australia, now set for 2025. The anticipated non-significant contribution from these farm-down transactions affects the forecast, yet Neoen maintains an optimistic outlook.
Despite this adjustment, Neoen confirms its target of over €700 million adjusted EBITDA in 2025. This projection aligns with its ambition of reaching 10 GW of capacity either in operation or under construction by that year. The ongoing transaction with Brookfield remains unaffected and is scheduled for completion in early 2025.
