Nepra Foods Announces Delay in Filing Annual Financial Statements
Nepra Foods Inc. (CSE:NPRA)(FSE:2P6)(OTC Pink:NPRFF) has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024. These documents were due by July 29, 2024, as per Canadian securities legislation.
The delay is attributed to capacity issues within the company's auditing firm, stemming from the focus on completing prior filings by May 1, 2024. Nepra Foods now expects to file the required documents by August 29, 2024.
A management cease trade order has been implemented, restricting the CEO and CFO from trading the company's securities until the filings are complete. Nepra Foods will provide bi-weekly updates in line with National Policy 12-203 as long as the filings remain outstanding.
