NetMedia Group launches a capital increase of €1.16 million
NetMedia Group announces a capital increase of €1.16 million, which could reach €1.33 million if the extension clause is exercised. The operation will be carried out with maintenance of preferential subscription rights (DPS).
Subscriptions, at a price of €0.038 per share, will take place from June 6, 2024 to June 21, 2024. The subscription parity is 10 new shares for 1 existing share. BNP Paribas Développement and Entrepreneur Invest have already made commitments of €920,000, representing 79.29% of the operation.
The proceeds from the issue aim to strengthen NetMedia Group's equity capital. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris, under the ISIN code FR0000072993, from June 28, 2024.
