Netsmart Wins 2024 Customer Satisfaction Award in Behavioral Health Sector
In Black Book Research's annual assessment of customer satisfaction for electronic health record (EHR) providers in behavioral health, Netsmart stands out with the 2024 Customer Satisfaction Award. This recognition stems from a survey conducted among 1,375 mental health specialists and 418 professionals in the financial, administrative, and IT sectors between August 2023 and February 2024.
The survey included representatives from various behavioral health facilities, including psychologists, therapists, and social workers. Less than 22% of respondents feel prepared for electronic engagement in care coordination, a slight improvement since 2019. Black Book predicts that the outpatient behavioral health technology market will grow by over 70% by the end of 2025, driven by value-based payment reforms.
Netsmart is known for its human services platform, characterized by its integration into users' workflows, facilitating patient coordination, and providing essential digital capabilities.
