New CFO Appointed to Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG's Management Board

Potsdam, 6 June 2024 - Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG ('DKR') announced today the appointment of Mr. Kyrill Turchaninov as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Supervisory Board resolved this decision with immediate effect.

Mr. Turchaninov replaces the former CFO, who is stepping down from the Management Board. With this appointment, the company's management now comprises Mr. Kyrill Turchaninov (CFO) and Mr. Alexander Kroth (Chief Investment Officer, CIO).

Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG continues its business activities under the leadership of the new and existing board members. The company remains active in the regulated markets of Berlin, Frankfurt, and other key German financial centers.
