New residences delivered to the SHLMR by CBO Territoria
CBo Territoria announced the signing of the off-plan sale deed for the Aloe Macra residence, comprising 76 intermediate rental housing units in Beauséjour, Sainte-Marie. Delivery of this project is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
In addition, the company delivered two residences to the SHLMR: the Lobélie residence in Beauséjour, Sainte-Marie, comprising 47 housing units, and the Le Foulque 1 residence in Marie Caze, Saint-Paul, with 44 housing units. These achievements remain in line with the group's objectives to meet the real estate needs of Reunion Islanders.
The confidence of SHLMR/Action Logement testifies to the quality and attractiveness of the neighborhoods developed by CBo Territoria. The partnership between the two entities continues with other deliveries planned for the coming months, totaling 110 additional homes.
