Nexity Announces End of Concert Action

Nexity announced today the conclusion of the concert action involving its main managers, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and La Mondiale. This concert action, which represented 19.27% of the share capital and 19.55% of the voting rights as of December 2023, was focused solely on the shareholders' voting policy at the Annual General Meeting.

Despite the termination of the concert, the major shareholders, including Alain Dinin, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and La Mondiale, have affirmed their continued support for Nexity's strategic direction. Their historical shareholdings remain unchanged.
