NexOptic Appoints New CFO and Auditor
VANCOUVER, BC - NexOptic Technology Corp., a developer of advanced AI and imaging technologies, announced the addition of Patrick Rueben as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and MNP LLP as its new auditing firm. Rueben, with extensive experience in accounting and finance across various international markets, is expected to enhance NexOptic's management team with a comprehensive approach. MNP LLP, succeeding Smythe LLP as the auditor, is recognized as one of Canada’s largest service companies and will conduct NexOptic's audit for 2023 with Rueben's support.
This transition comes after the departure of NexOptic’s previous CFO, Mr. Wayne Cho, to whom the company expressed its heartfelt gratitude for his service. The formal announcements and requisite letters have been filed with securities commissions across Canada.
NexOptic Technology Corp. continues to position itself as a leader in the AI and imaging sector, leveraging partnerships and its presence in the global market to advance its patented AI solutions.
