Nextech3D.ai Unveils Blockchain Ticketing Roadmap
Nextech3D.ai, an AI-driven event management company, announced a two-phase blockchain ticketing rollout. Scheduled for Q4 2025, Phase 1 introduces a walletless custodial ticketing solution. This approach eliminates Web3 barriers, offering on-chain benefits without requiring crypto wallets. Key features include fraud-resistant Event-Token™ tickets, audit-ready pricing, identity checks, and USDC/ACH payouts for organizers. Map D navigation enhances the fan experience with AR/AI wayfinding.
Phase 2, targeted for early 2026, will add a native self-custody wallet. This option allows power users to manage tickets directly. Enhancements will include advanced loyalty programs and deeper partner integrations. CEO Evan Gappelberg highlights the strategy as a way to provide both a simple mass-market solution and advanced Web3 capabilities.
The company plans to capitalize on the existing Map D platform, supporting over 500 events annually. Nextech3D.ai also renewed its share purchase warrant program as part of its employee retention strategy.
