Munich, le 15 juillet 2024 - NFON AG a finalisé avec succès sa fusion avec Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH. La fusion, qui s'inscrivait dans le processus de transformation de NFON initié en avril 2024, a été officiellement inscrite au registre du commerce le 11 juillet 2024. NFON AG hérite ainsi de tous les droits et obligations de Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH.
Cette fusion marque une étape importante dans la stratégie de croissance rentable et durable de NFON. L'intégration de Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH renforcera la position de NFON sur le marché allemand. Cela créera également une gamme de produits standardisée, permettant à l'entreprise de tirer parti des synergies et de réaliser des gains d'efficacité à l'avenir.
