Nordex Group Announces Leadership Transition with New Role for CSO
On January 27, 2025, the Nordex Group announced a leadership transition as Patxi Landa, Chief Sales Officer, steps into a new role as Head of Nordex Capital. In this position, Landa will support customer project development in key markets, aiming to boost turbine sales opportunities. As a result, he relinquishes his CSO role, with CEO José Luis Blanco assuming these responsibilities.
Patxi Landa has been instrumental in Nordex’s growth, increasing revenues from EUR 2.5 billion in 2018 to over EUR 7 billion in 2024. Under his leadership, order intake reached a record 8.3GW in 2024. CEO José Luis Blanco expressed confidence in Landa's ability to succeed in this crucial new role, supporting strategic goals.
The management team now includes José Luis Blanco as CEO and Dr. Ilya Hartmann as CFO. The company thanks Landa for his contributions and looks forward to continued growth.
