Northern Data Group and Gcore Forge Strategic AI Partnership

Northern Data Group and Gcore have announced a strategic partnership aimed at transforming AI deployment and inferencing. This collaboration will provide a comprehensive AI platform ranging from foundational hardware to inference endpoints. The cornerstone of this alliance is the Intelligence Delivery Network (IDN), a low latency architecture designed to tap into the burgeoning USD 169 billion AI inferencing market.

Gcore's Everywhere Inference offers a GPU-as-a-service software layer, enhancing opportunities for enterprise and model developer customer acquisition. Northern Data has secured an option to potentially acquire the majority of Gcore's outstanding capital stock at a set valuation.

The partnership leverages Northern Data's large GPU infrastructure with Gcore’s network capacity to facilitate secure, low-latency AI workload delivery. This development is set to enhance Northern Data and Gcore's positions as leaders in AI as a Service and optimize the utilization of their combined resources.
