Northern Superior Welcomes New Director and Senior Geologist

Northern Superior Resources Inc. has appointed Katrina Damouni as Director of Corporate Development and Melanie Pichon as Senior Exploration Geologist. Concurrently, Northern Superior's shares have begun trading on the Frankfurt Börse under the symbol "D9M1".

Ms. Damouni brings over 15 years of experience in corporate development and capital markets, specializing in equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Her network spans Europe and North America, having worked in asset management, institutional equity sales, and investment banking in the UK and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from McGill University.

Ms. Pichon, with over 15 years of exploration experience, is skilled in designing and managing exploration programs. She has held significant roles at QMX Gold Corp. and Eldorado Gold Corporation. Pichon is noted for discovering the Bonnefond deposit in Val d'Or, Quebec. She holds a DESS in Mineral Resources and Metallogeny from the University of Montreal and a master's degree in Geology from the University of Orleans, France.

Northern Superior also announced the granting of 300,000 incentive options under its 2022 Equity Incentive Plan to certain consultants. Each option is exercisable at $0.65 per share for five years, subject to regulatory approval. The company has engaged MIC Market Information & Content Publishing GmbH for investor awareness services with a media budget of €150,000.
