Novacyt Liquidity Contract Half-Yearly Review

Novacyt, a company listed on Euronext Growth and AIM, has published its half-year report on the liquidity contract entrusted to Invest Securities. As of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account held 104,002 shares and €18,458.91 in cash. During the half-year, 431 purchase transactions were completed for 228,730 shares, representing €135,502.67, compared to 519 sale transactions for 195,320 shares, totaling €119,989.44.

Compared to the balance sheet at the end of 2024, the liquidity account increased by 70,592 shares and €33,678.48 in cash. At the General Meeting in June 2025, shareholders approved the repurchase of shares at a maximum price of €5.00 each, up to a limit of 10% of the capital.

These shares, managed by Invest Securities, can either be cancelled or held as treasury shares, thereby improving market liquidity for Novacyt.
