On January 3, 2025, NRJ Group published information on its voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2024. The company's share capital is composed of 78,107,621 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 144,491,797, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 143,786,670.
The difference between these figures is due to the shares whose voting rights are suspended. NRJ Group also has a statutory clause requiring a declaration in the event of a participation threshold being crossed beyond the legal thresholds.
