NRJ Group Finalizes the Sale of Chérie 25 to CMA Media
On July 24, 2025, NRJ Group announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the sale of the Chérie 25 channel to CMA Media. This transaction is subject to ARCOM approval. The agreement follows the unanimous favorable opinion of the Employee Representative Bodies, received on July 21.
Chérie 25, part of the group's television assets, will be transferred subject to regulatory conditions. This sale is part of NRJ Group's strategy to optimize its business portfolio.
ARCOM's approval remains a necessary step to definitively conclude the transaction. Pending this approval, NRJ Group will continue its operations in the media, digital audio, and podcast sectors.
