NRJ Group: Information on Voting Rights as of July 31, 2025
NRJ Group has published figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of July 31, 2025. The group has 78,107,621 shares outstanding. These shares grant a total of 144,493,261 theoretical voting rights. Taking into account shares whose voting rights are suspended, the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,813,801.
A specific clause in the NRJ Group statutes requires a declaration of crossing of thresholds in addition to the legal thresholds, thus strengthening shareholder transparency.
