NRJ Group: Voting rights and shares as of August 31, 2025

NRJ Group has published its share capital data as of August 31, 2025. The total number of shares comprising the capital is 78,107,621. Regarding voting rights, two values are presented. The theoretical number of voting rights is 144,493,714. This figure includes all shares, even those whose voting rights are suspended. The number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 143,808,686.
