NRJ Group: Information on voting rights as of February 28, 2025
On March 5, 2025, NRJ Group published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of February 28, 2025, the number of shares stood at 78,107,621.
The total number of theoretical voting rights was 144,491,818. This figure includes shares whose voting rights are suspended. As for the exercisable voting rights, they numbered 143,769,015.
NRJ Group has included in its statutes a clause imposing a reporting obligation regarding the crossing of thresholds. This clause is in addition to the legal obligations set by French law.
