NRJ Group has communicated the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of March 31, 2025. The number of shares is 78,107,621, while the total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 144,491,848. The exercisable voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, reach 143,764,105 rights.

The company recalls the existence in its articles of association of a clause requiring the declaration of threshold crossing, thus supplementing the legal thresholds established by French law.
