NRJ Group: Voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2024

NRJ Group has published information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of September 30, 2024. This publication is made in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

The total number of shares making up the share capital of NRJ Group amounts to 78,107,621. The theoretical number of voting rights is 144,315,328, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 143,621,175. This difference is explained by the shares deprived of voting rights.

NRJ Group also points out that its statutes include a clause in addition to French legislation, requiring a declaration of crossing the participation threshold.
