Number of shares and voting rights of Lhyfe as of September 30, 2024

Lhyfe, listed on Euronext Paris, has published the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of September 30, 2024. In accordance with the requirements of the Autorité des marchés financiers, Lhyfe informs that its capital is made up of 47,943,848 shares.

The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 82,148,923, while the exercisable voting rights reach 82,069,160. This difference is due to the 79,763 treasury shares held by the company, which do not carry voting rights.

Lhyfe positions itself as an independent producer of green hydrogen, dedicated to the decarbonization of industries and mobility, thus continuing its commitment to the energy transition.
