NuRAN Wireless Reports Q1 2025 Financial Results

NuRAN Wireless Inc., a supplier of mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure solutions, announced significant growth in its first-quarter 2025 financial results. Revenues reached $2,209,079, a remarkable 285% increase primarily attributed to the Network as a Service (NaaS) revenue. Gross profit also saw an improvement, increasing to $1,898,380, marking an 86% margin, compared to an 8% margin in 2024.

Total expenses increased to $3,564,436, a 27% rise, largely due to higher short-term debt service costs. Despite this, the net loss decreased by 28% to $1,689,530. The company achieved a positive EBITDA of nearly $450,000, equivalent to 20% of the revenue.

Key developments include the full payment of arrears by a partner in Cameroon and new funding approvals from the Facility for Energy Inclusion. The company also announced the successful installation of 20 new network sites in rural Africa in February and March 2025.
