OCEANSIX FUTURE PATHS ACQUIRES ORIGINAL REPACK OY

Oceansix Future Paths Ltd., recognized for its advanced recycling and manufacturing solutions, announced the acquisition of the business of Original RePack Oy, a specialist in reusable packaging. This acquisition marks a significant step for Oceansix in its commitment to reducing the use of single-use packaging, particularly in the e-commerce sector.

The deal, valued at C$2,392,912, includes the transfer of 24,948,840 shares of Oceansix common stock to RePack shareholders, as well as a cash payment of US$108,000 at closing. The transaction, which remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, cannot be the subject of stock market transactions for four months and one day following their issuance.

Oceansix CEO Elad Hameiri expressed that the integration of RePack will significantly contribute to the company's mission towards a sustainable future in the packaging industry. Jonne Hellgren, CEO of RePack, highlighted the importance of this union to strengthen the circular model of packaging in e-commerce.
