OCIM acquires two gold production sites in Peru

OCIM Precious Metals has acquired the Chala One and Kori One production facilities in Peru following the bankruptcy of Inca One Gold Corp. The British Columbia Supreme Court granted OCIM full ownership of these sites. This ends a two-year period of unsuccessful debt restructuring attempts with Inca One.

Listed in Toronto, Inca One operated these sites to process gold and silver ore, primarily for the country's artisanal miners. In 2023, Inca One produced 20,000 ounces of gold using only a fraction of its capacity. OCIM aims to restart production in 2025.

OCIM is committed to investing in these units and offering competitive conditions for the purchase of ore, while respecting strict responsible supply chain standards, aligned with Swiss Better Gold.
