O'KEY Group S.A. Announces 2024 Annual General Meeting

O'KEY Group S.A., based in Luxembourg, has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders on May 21, 2024. The meeting will convene at Hotel Le Royal in Luxembourg City at 10:00 a.m. CET. Shareholders will address several critical points, including the approval of statutory and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.

The agenda includes reviewing financial results, approving director and officer compensation for the upcoming periods, and appointing MOORE Audit S.A. as the statutory auditor until the next AGM. The meeting will also allow the Board of Directors to set the remuneration for the appointed auditor. Shareholders registered by April 28, 2024, will be eligible to vote and can appoint a proxy if unable to attend.
