OKWIND accelerates its industrial transition towards renewable energy
OKWIND Group launches the construction of its new industrial site in Etrelles, Brittany. This ambitious project marks a turning point in the company's development, reinforcing its commitment to self-consumption and the energy transition. In partnership with Legendre Construction, the site will triple the current industrial capacity and house the head office, which can accommodate 250 employees.
OKWIND plans to set up a complete ecosystem of photovoltaic solutions to guarantee the energy autonomy of the site. This center will also be an innovation laboratory, promoting technologies aimed at optimizing energy production and management.
The site, designed to minimize its carbon footprint, is expected to be operational by the end of 2025, strengthening OKWIND's production capacity while supporting the group's long-term growth momentum.
