OLB Announces Changes in Supervisory Board

Oldenburgische Landesbank AG (OLB) has appointed four new members to its Supervisory Board. John Denhof succeeds Axel Bartsch as Chairman. Denhof, with over 30 years in banking, was previously CEO of OTP Banka Slovenia. Dr Sebastian Schäfer, a lawyer with two decades of financial experience, becomes Deputy Chairman.

Joining them are Mikhail Rychev, a Principal at Apollo Global Management, and Karin Katerbau, former OLB executive. Their appointments support OLB's international focus, aligning with European Central Bank supervision and growth in specialized lending beyond Germany.

Former Chairman Axel Bartsch and members Dr Manfred Puffer, Michele Rabà, and Sascha Säuberlich have resigned. CEO Stefan Barth expressed gratitude towards them and anticipates constructive collaborations with the new board.
