This overhaul follows the acquisition of Degussa Bank and aims to enhance brand awareness and attract new clientele. The updated identity features a rejuvenated logo and slogan, underscoring OLB’s commitment to both digital innovation and traditional advisory expertise. The design retains OLB's signature elements while presenting a youthful, self-assured image.
CEO Stefan Barth highlights OLB’s dual strength in digital and advisory banking. The new brand claim, ‘smart beraten’ or ‘smart advice’, emphasizes personalized, high-quality support. Despite digitalization, OLB maintains a strong focus on personal interaction in customer service.
The brand refresh was crafted with Strichpunkt agency and will be showcased in a nationwide campaign. This initiative is expected to expand OLB’s customer base, currently at around one million, while reinforcing its reputation for reliability and innovative financial solutions.
