Olympique Lyonnais: Financial report for the 2024/2025 financial year
Olympique Lyonnais posted a net loss of €201.2 million for the 2024/2025 financial year, compared to a loss of €25.2 million the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at -€47.7 million, reflecting the absence of exceptional revenues in 2023/2024. Personnel costs increased significantly due to summer 2024 signings, while adverse events, such as an agreement with UEFA, impacted the result.
Total revenues fell by 24%, settling at €273.7 million. However, player sales generated €111.1 million, up 14% compared to the previous year. On the pitch, the club reached the Europa League quarterfinals. Financially, net debt stood at -€576.6 million.
